On a brisk winter day in 1946 Donald Ward found himself taking his first land surveying measurement in Tehachapi California and the rest is history. That day marked the beginning of Donald Ward Civil Engineering & Land Surveying. Today, Donald E. Ward Civil Engineering and Land Surveying is one of the oldest firms in the county of Kern. Through the years, our practices have continued to grow with the times using the latest technology in global positioning systems for surveying and Auto Cad programs for drafting and engineering.
